Admission Procedure
Std. XI (F.Y.J.C.) Science
Admission Criteria:
Admission to std. XI is as per Maharashtra Govt. Rules
changing from time to time, either as per centralized list or according to
merit list as prepared by college.
Currently as per Centralize admission list –
Students whose names are given in the Centralized
admission list should get their admission done on the date and timing
mentioned. Students should attach all the documents in sequence as given below
along with the application form:
- Identity card
- Admission form duly filled with
full address, phone numbers and photo pasted on it.
- SSC. (Std. X) Mark sheet in
original along with one Xerox copy.
- Leaving certificate (T.C.) in
original along with one Xerox copy.
- One self-addressed envelope
- Recent photographs – 2 nos. (One
photo to be pasted on the application form and one photo to be pasted on
Identity card).
- One xerox copy of Aadhaar Card.
Note: If the student belongs to other board (other than Maharashtra State Board) along with above set of documents he/ she should:
- Purchase the application form for Eligibility from Maharashtra State Board Office, near Hislop College, Civil Lines, Nagpur, for Rs. 50/- along with the format of deed of undertaking, to be typed on Rs. 20/- stamp paper.
- Fill up the application of Eligibility and typed the format of deed of undertaking on Rs. 20/- stamp paper and put the signature of students/parents wherever required. Attest the photograph to be pasted on application with the previous school principal or any Class I Govt. officer.
Documents to be attached:
- Attested Xerox copy of SSC (Std. X)
mark sheet.
- Attested Xerox copy of Passing
Certificate.
- Original migration certificate.
- Deed of undertaking of the stamp
paper of Rs. 20/- duly signed by the parents / students.
- Attested Xerox copy of leaving
certificate. Original T. C. should be signed by the assistant secretary
/chairman of concerned Board (i.e. CBSE, ICSE, etc.), or by the Education
Officer, Zilla Parishad.

No request for admission without the above stated documents will be entertained.
